Send an email request to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once approved we will need:
- A signed copy of TKMC Terms and Conditions (this will be emailed to you).
- A copy of your business license
- A copy of your Federal Tax ID number
- Opening order minimum of $200.00. Every order after that is a minimum of $150.00.
- A PDF catalog for ordering along with an order form will be emailed to you if you wish to place your order that way instead of online
* VERY IMPORTANT: Incomplete forms will delay the processing of any order placed. All first orders must have the signed copy of the Terms and Conditions along with a copy of your business license to process your order. Your order will not be processed if these documents are not submitted with your initial order only.
