Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

 
All orders are paid for through PayPal for a secure shopping experience.  Please ensure that your correct shipping address is given at this time.  Unless notified of a different ship to address, this is the address that will be used for delivery of your items.  The Katz Meow Creations ships to United States, its territories, and internationally.

All orders are shipped either through USPS (flat rate shipping will be used when a larger order is placed), shipping charges may be adjusted and refunded to the customer.  You will be notified by emailed of this prior to your order shipping out.   International orders can be shipped out by FedEx or UPS and will only be done so when requested by the customer, additional charges may apply.  Customer will be contacted via email before an order is shipped out.   

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Please note that tracking details for international orders cannot be provided when shipped by USPS, unless the customer has specified for UPS/FedEx delivery with tracking information.  Otherwise your order will be shipped by United States Postal Service International mail.  Orders usually arrive between 2-4 weeks, but may take longer if held up by customs. 

TKMC is not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise, additional fees incurred for delivery, and returns or exchanges on international orders are not accepted at this time.  Please email Info@thekatzmeowcreations.com for any concerns or issues in regards to your order.

CUSTOMS, TARIFFS, AND TAXES:
Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Depending on the goods being shipped, charges may or may not be incurred by the customer and assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.


RETURNS 


JEWELRY:
Satisfaction is guaranteed and we gladly accept returns and exchanges strictly within 7 business days of confirmed delivery.  Please note returns are not accepted for international orders.  
Note:  The customer is responsible for return shipping and handling fees.  These fees are non-refundable.  TKMC is also not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise.  

To request a return or exchange, please send an email to: Info@thekatzmeowcreations.com and include the following information
1.    If you would like to return your item or exchange it
2.    Your order number
3.    Name of item(s) to be returned or item number(s) and quantity
4.    Reason for return/exchange

All items must be received back in its original packing and be unworn/unused.  Items will only be replaced if they were defective or damaged on our end.  Exchanges and returns normally take 2-5 business days (if not sooner).  We will send an email verification that your return/exchange has been received and/or when your PayPal refund has been posted.  

INVITATIONS:
Unfortunately due to the customized nature of invitations, returns are not accepted at this time.  However, our customer’s happiness and satisfaction means the world to us and we will try to get your order correct the first time.  Sometimes this does not happen and we will do everything in our power to make it right.  If there is any issue with your received order please contact us at Info@thekatzmeowcreations.com
